Forms
Create forms to collect customer submissions on your website.
Forms let you collect information from visitors on your website — contact requests, catering inquiries, feedback, event bookings, and more.

The forms list shows all your forms with their name, description, and status. Use the tabs to filter by All, Active, or Inactive. Search by name to find a specific form.
