Chain Details

Manage your chain's brand identity and contact information.

Chain Details is where you configure your restaurant chain's core brand and contact information. This data appears across your storefront, order confirmations, and customer-facing communications.

Logo

Your chain logo is displayed on the storefront website, receipts, and email notifications. Accepted formats are PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP (max 2 MB).

Chain Name

The display name for your restaurant chain. Customers see this throughout the ordering experience.

Description

An optional description of your chain. This can be displayed on your storefront landing page to tell customers about your restaurant.

Your subdomain determines the URL for your online ordering website (e.g., your-slug.joinmunch.com). This is set during chain creation and cannot be changed afterward. You can connect a custom domain later.

Contact Email

The primary email address for your chain. Used for business communications and displayed on your storefront.

Contact Phone

The main phone number for your chain, including country code. Customers may use this to reach your business directly.
