Program Settings

Configure your loyalty program's tiers, points rate, and expiration policies.

The settings page lets you configure the core aspects of your loyalty program including the name, tiers, point earning rate, expiration policy, and terms & conditions.

General

Set your program's name and status. The name is visible to guests when they interact with the loyalty program.

Tiers

Tiers let you create membership levels that reward your most loyal guests with higher point multipliers. Each program requires at least two tiers.

For each tier you can configure:

  • Name — The tier's display name (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold)
  • Image — An optional image representing the tier
  • Multiplier — The point earning multiplier for members in this tier (e.g., 1.5x means 50% more points)
  • Minimum Spend — The total spend required to reach this tier
  • Minimum Orders — The total order count required to reach this tier
  • Condition Operator — Whether members need to meet the spend condition, the orders condition, or both (AND/OR)

The first tier is the default tier that all new members start in. Drag tiers to reorder them.

Points

Configure how points are earned:

  • Base Points Per Dollar — How many points members earn for each dollar spent (e.g., 10 points per $1)

Point Expiration

Control whether points expire after a period of inactivity:

  • Enabled — Points expire after the configured number of days
  • Disabled — Points never expire

Terms & Conditions

Set the terms and conditions that are displayed to members when they enroll in the program.

Changes to tier requirements apply going forward. Existing members keep their current tier until the next evaluation.
