Email Builder

Design email campaigns with the drag-and-drop editor.

The email builder provides a visual drag-and-drop editor for designing professional email campaigns. It uses a three-panel layout so you can build, preview, and configure your email all in one place.

Layout Overview

  • Left panel — Switch between Content, Images, and Settings tabs to add elements or configure campaign details
  • Center panel — Live preview of your email that updates as you make changes
  • Right panel — Contextual settings for whatever element you have selected in the preview

Adding Sections

Sections are the structural rows of your email. Each section can have one, two, or three columns.

  1. Open the Content tab in the left panel
  2. Choose a column layout from the Add Section area
  3. The section appears in the preview, ready for content

Adding Blocks

Blocks are the content elements that go inside section columns:

  • Heading — Large, styled text for titles and headlines
  • Text — Body text with formatting options
  • CTA — Call-to-action buttons with customizable text, link, and style
  • Image — Photos and graphics from your image library
  • Divider — A horizontal line to separate content
  • Spacer — Empty vertical space for breathing room

Drag a block from the Add Block area into any column in the preview.

Using Templates

Pre-designed templates give you a head start. Open the Add Template area in the Content tab and click a template to add its sections to your email. You can then customize every element.

Image Library

The Images tab in the left panel lets you upload, browse, and manage images for your email. Click any image to copy it or use it in an image block.

Global Styles

When no element is selected, the right panel shows global style settings:

  • Page Background — The color behind the entire email
  • Content Background — The color of the email content area
  • Primary Color — Used for buttons and accent elements
  • Text Color — Default color for all text
  • Font Family — The typeface used throughout the email

Contextual Settings

Click any block, column, or section in the preview to see its specific settings in the right panel. Each element type has its own configuration options like padding, alignment, colors, and content.

Settings Tab

The Settings tab in the left panel contains campaign-level configuration:

  • Subject Line — The subject line recipients see in their inbox (required)
  • Description — An internal note about the campaign's purpose
  • Recipient Targeting — Send to all guests or specific segments
  • Schedule — Optionally set a future delivery date, time, and timezone

Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Cmd/Ctrl + C — Copy the selected block
  • Cmd/Ctrl + V — Paste the copied block
  • Backspace / Delete — Remove the selected block or section

Saving and Sending

  • Save Draft — Saves your work without sending
  • Send Now — Validates settings and sends the campaign immediately
  • Schedule — Saves the campaign with a scheduled delivery time (visible when a schedule is set)
Save your work frequently using Save Draft. You can return to any draft campaign from the campaigns list to continue editing.
