Guests
Control which guests can use this coupon.
The Guests section lets you target the coupon to specific guests or make it available to everyone.
Access Modes
- All guests — Any guest can use the coupon at checkout
- Specific guests — Only the guests you select can use the coupon
Selecting Specific Guests
- Switch to Specific guests
- Click Select guests
- Search by name, email, or browse your guest list
- Click a guest to add or remove them
- Click Done when you're finished
When to Target Specific Guests
Use specific guest targeting when:
- Rewarding loyal or high-value customers
- Sending a personalized promotion
- Running a win-back campaign for inactive guests
You can combine guest targeting with location restrictions for highly targeted promotions.
