Auto-Confirm Orders
Automatically confirm incoming orders without staff intervention.
Auto-confirm lets you skip the manual order confirmation step. When enabled, incoming orders are automatically confirmed and the customer is notified immediately.
ASAP Orders
Enable Auto-Confirm ASAP Orders and select a default promise time. When a new ASAP order comes in, it will be automatically confirmed with the selected time range (e.g., "15–30 minutes").
The promise time options are:
- 10–15 min — For fast-prep items
- 15–30 min — Standard preparation time
- 30–45 min — For busier periods or complex orders
- 45–60 min — For high-volume or catering-style orders
Scheduled Orders
Enable Auto-Confirm Scheduled Orders to automatically confirm orders placed for a future time slot. Since the customer already selected their preferred time, no additional time range is needed.
When to Use Auto-Confirm
Auto-confirm works well when:
- Your kitchen can reliably handle incoming orders without review
- You want to reduce the time customers wait for confirmation
- You have consistent preparation times across orders
With auto-confirm enabled, orders are confirmed without staff review. Make sure your kitchen capacity can handle the volume before turning this on.
