General Settings
Configure the program name, status, and base earning rate.
The General section controls the program's core identity and earning rate.
Program Name
The name members see when interacting with the loyalty program (e.g., "Munch Rewards"). Choose something memorable that reflects your brand.
Program Status
- Active — The program is live; members can earn and redeem points
- Paused — The program is temporarily suspended; no points are earned or redeemed, but all data is preserved
- Draft — The program is being set up and is not visible to guests
Base Points Per Dollar
How many points members earn for every dollar spent. This is the foundation of your points economy.
For example, with a rate of 10 points per dollar, a $25 order earns 250 base points (before tier multipliers and bonus rules).
Changing the base rate affects future earnings only. Points already earned by members are not recalculated.
