Conditions

Conditions are the rules that determine segment membership. A guest must match all conditions to be included in the segment (AND logic).

Available Fields

• Total Orders — Number of orders a guest has placed
• Total Spent — Total amount a guest has spent across all orders
• Avg Order Value — Average value per order
• Last Order — When the guest last placed an order
• First Order — When the guest placed their first order
• Order Location — The location where the guest has (or has not) placed a completed order
• Guest Status — Whether the guest is active or inactive

Operators

Each field type supports different operators:

• Number fields (Total Orders, Total Spent, Avg Order Value) — is at least, is greater than, is at most, is less than, equals
• Date fields (Last Order, First Order) — within the last X days, not within the last X days, before a date, after a date
• Select fields (Order Location, Guest Status) — is, is not

Combining Conditions

Add multiple conditions to narrow your audience. All conditions use AND logic, meaning a guest must satisfy every condition to be included.

For example, to target high-value regulars:

• Total Orders is at least 5
• Total Spent is at least $200
• Last Order within the last 30 days
