Scheduled Orders

Let customers place orders in advance for a future time.

Scheduled orders allow customers to pick a future date and time for their order instead of placing it for immediate preparation.

Enabling Scheduled Orders

Toggle Allow Scheduled Orders on to let customers choose a future time slot at checkout. When disabled, customers can only place ASAP orders.

Lead Time

The lead time sets the minimum advance notice required. For example, a 60-minute lead time means a customer ordering at 11:00 AM can schedule for 12:00 PM at the earliest.

This prevents last-minute scheduled orders that your kitchen can't prepare in time.

How It Works for Customers

When scheduling is enabled, customers see a time picker at checkout where they can select their preferred date and time. Available time slots are determined by this service type's operating hours and lead time.

Scheduled orders appear in your orders list with a "Scheduled" label and the selected date/time, making them easy to distinguish from ASAP orders.
