The Performance section shows key metrics for each automation, helping you understand how well your automated emails are performing.

Metrics

  • Emails Sent — The total number of emails delivered by this automation
  • Open Rate — The percentage of delivered emails that were opened by recipients
  • Click Rate — The percentage of opened emails where a recipient clicked a link
  • Revenue — The total revenue attributed to orders placed after receiving the email
  • Orders Driven — The number of orders placed by guests who received the email

Reading the Metrics

High open and click rates indicate that your email content resonates with guests. If open rates are low, consider adjusting the trigger timing. If click rates are low, the email content may need improvement.

Revenue and orders driven give you a direct measure of the automation's business impact.

Metrics are cumulative and update automatically as guests interact with automated emails.
