Vehicle information settings control what details customers must provide about their vehicle when placing a curbside order.
Require Vehicle Details
Enable Require Vehicle Details to make customers enter their vehicle information at checkout. This helps your staff identify the right car when bringing out orders.
Required Fields
Choose which vehicle details are required:
- Vehicle Make — The manufacturer (e.g., Toyota, Honda)
- Vehicle Model — The specific model (e.g., Camry, Civic)
- Vehicle Color — The color of the vehicle
- License Plate — The plate number for precise identification
Vehicle Notes
Enable Allow Optional Notes to let customers add extra details like "parked near the entrance" or "red bumper sticker on back."
Vehicle details appear on the order in your dashboard, making it easy for staff to match orders to cars during curbside handoff.
