Locations Report
Compare performance across your restaurant locations.
The Locations report lets you compare performance across all your restaurant locations side by side.
Bar Chart
A horizontal bar chart shows each location's total sales, sorted from lowest to highest. Hover over a bar to see the exact sales amount and order count for that location.
Breakdown Table
Below the chart, a table lists every location with the following columns:
- Location — Location name (click the chevron to expand)
- Orders — Total orders received
- Subtotal — Pre-tax item totals
- Tax — Tax collected
- Discounts — Discount amounts applied (shown in red)
- Tips — Tips received (shown in green)
- Refunds — Refunded amounts (shown in red)
- Sales — Gross volume
- Avg Order — Average order amount
- Share — Percentage of total sales
A totals row at the bottom summarizes all locations.
Drill-Down
Click the chevron next to a location name to expand it and see a time-based breakdown for that specific location. The expanded rows use the granularity control above the table (Day, Week, Month) to adjust the level of detail.
Exporting
Click the download icon above the table to export the location breakdown as a CSV file.
Share shows what percentage of total sales each location contributes. Use this to quickly identify your highest- and lowest-performing locations.
