All Orders
The All Orders page gives you a complete view of every order placed at your restaurant. You can search, filter, and sort to quickly find specific orders or review past activity across all your locations.
Searching and Filtering
Use the filter bar at the top of the page to narrow down your order list:
- Search — Find orders by order number, customer name, or other details
- Status — Filter by order status (New, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled)
- Service Type — Filter by how the order was placed (Pickup, Delivery, Dine-in, etc.)
- Date — Filter by time period (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This year)
- Amount — Filter by order total (Under $25, $25–$50, $50–$100, $100–$250, $250+)
When filters are active, a Reset filters button appears to clear them all at once.
Sorting
Sort your order list by:
- Newest — Most recent orders first (default)
- Oldest — Earliest orders first
- Amount: High to Low — Largest totals first
- Amount: Low to High — Smallest totals first
Order List
Each order in the list shows:
- Order number — A unique identifier (e.g., #151014)
- Service type — The type of order with an icon (Pickup, Delivery, Dine-in)
- Timing — When the order is expected (ASAP or a scheduled date and time)
- Customer name — Who placed the order
- Location — Which restaurant location received the order
- Item count — How many items are in the order
- Total — The order amount
- Status — A color-coded pill showing the current status
Order Details
Click any order to open a detail panel on the right side. The panel shows:
- Order number and status — With the date and time the order was placed
- Service type — How the order will be fulfilled
- Location — Which location is handling the order
- Payment method — How the customer is paying
- Timing — ASAP or the scheduled pickup/delivery time
- Customer information — Name, email, and phone number with copy buttons for quick access
- Items — Each item with its quantity, name, special instructions, and line total
- Order notes — Any additional notes the customer added
- Summary — A full breakdown including subtotal, discounts, delivery fee, bag fee, service fee, tip, tax, and total
Order Statuses
- New — The order has been placed and is waiting to be acknowledged
- Confirmed — The order has been accepted and is being prepared. A countdown bar shows the promised time.
- Completed — The order has been fulfilled
- Cancelled — The order was cancelled
Multi-Location Filtering
If you manage multiple locations, use the global location filter at the top of the dashboard to view orders for a specific location. A banner at the bottom of the page confirms which location you are viewing, with an option to show all locations again.
Refunds
For non-cash orders, you can issue a refund directly from the order detail panel by clicking the Refund button.
