Control whether your location is open for business.
The location status controls whether customers can see and order from this location.
Open
The location is accepting orders and operating normally. Customers can find it on the ordering website and place orders during operating hours.
Temporarily Closed
The location is not accepting orders but remains visible to customers. Use this when you need a short break — holidays, renovations, or unexpected closures. Customers will see the location but won't be able to place orders.
Closed
The location is permanently closed and hidden from customers. No orders can be placed and the location won't appear on the ordering website.
When to Use Each Status
- Going on vacation? → Temporarily Closed
- Closing for renovations? → Temporarily Closed
- Shutting down permanently? → Closed
- Ready to accept orders? → Open
Changing to "Closed" immediately hides the location from the ordering website and apps.
