Categories & Items Report
The Categories & Items report shows which menu categories and individual items are generating the most orders and revenue.
Top Categories Chart
When viewing a single location, a horizontal bar chart displays the top categories ranked by sales. Hover over a bar to see the exact sales amount and order count.
Top Items Chart
Below the categories chart, a second horizontal bar chart ranks your top-selling individual items by sales for the selected location.
Categories by Location Table
When viewing all locations, a breakdown table replaces the chart with the following columns:
- Location — Location name (click the chevron to expand)
- Orders — Total orders containing items from this location
- Sales — Gross sales amount
- Share — Percentage of total sales
Click the chevron next to a location to expand it and see the per-category breakdown for that location.
Items by Location Table
A second table uses the same layout to break down individual items by location. Expand a location row to see its top-selling items with order counts, sales, and share percentages.
Single-Location Tables
When filtering to a single location, the tables list categories and items directly without the location grouping, making it easy to compare performance within one store.
Exporting
Click the download icon above each table to export its data as a CSV file. Categories and items export separately.
