Set the coupon code, description, and status.
The Details section controls the core identity of the coupon.
Code
Each coupon needs a unique code that guests enter at checkout. Codes are automatically converted to uppercase. Choose something memorable and easy to type, like PROMO20 or SUMMER25.
Description
An optional description helps your team understand the purpose of the coupon. This is for internal reference and is not shown to guests.
Status
Toggle the coupon between:
- Active — The coupon can be redeemed by guests
- Inactive — The coupon is disabled and cannot be used
Setting a coupon to inactive is useful when you want to temporarily pause a promotion without deleting the coupon.
