Sales Report

Track gross sales volume over time with detailed breakdowns and CSV export.

The Sales report shows your total gross volume for the selected period, with an optional comparison to a previous period.

Sales Total

The headline number at the top is your gross sales volume for the selected period. When comparison is enabled, the previous period value and a trend badge showing the percent change appear below it.

Trend Chart

The chart plots your sales over time. Use the granularity tabs (Hour, Day, Week, Month) to adjust the level of detail. Hover over data points to see exact values. When comparison is enabled, the previous period appears as a second line.

Breakdown Table

Below the chart, a detailed table breaks down your sales by date with the following columns:

  • Date — The time period for each row
  • Orders — Number of orders received
  • Subtotal — Pre-tax item totals
  • Tax — Tax collected
  • Discounts — Discount amounts applied (shown in red)
  • Tips — Tips received (shown in green)
  • Refunds — Refunded amounts (shown in red)
  • Avg Order — Average order amount for the period
  • Sales — Gross volume (bold)

The breakdown table has its own granularity control, independent from the chart above. A totals row appears at the bottom summarizing all columns.

Exporting

Click the download icon above the breakdown table to export the visible data as a CSV file.

Sales = Subtotal + Tax − Discounts + Tips − Refunds. This is the gross volume your restaurant collected.
