Guests

View and manage your restaurant guests, track their ordering activity, and filter by segments.

The Guests page gives you a complete view of everyone who has ordered from your restaurant. You can search, filter, and sort your guest list to find specific customers or identify trends.

Segment Tabs

At the top of the page, tabs let you quickly filter guests by segment:

  • All — Every guest across all segments
  • New — Guests who recently placed their first order
  • VIP — Your most loyal and high-value guests
  • Regular — Guests who order consistently
  • At Risk — Guests who haven't ordered recently and may need re-engagement

These are default segments that update automatically based on guest behavior.

Searching and Filtering

Use the filter bar to narrow down your guest list:

  • Search — Find guests by name, email, or phone number
  • Status — Filter by guest status (Active, Inactive)
  • Spending — Filter by total spend range (Under $100, $100-$500, $500-$1,000, $1,000+)
  • Last Order Time — Filter by when the guest last ordered (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days)

Sorting

Sort your guest list by:

  • Last Ordered — Most recent orders first (default)
  • Date Added — Newest guests first
  • Name (A-Z / Z-A) — Alphabetical order
  • Total Spent — Highest spenders first
  • Total Orders — Most frequent orderers first

Guest Details

Click on any guest to view their full profile, including contact information, order history, and spending summary.

Guests are created automatically when they place their first order. You do not need to add them manually.
