Display Name
Set the customer-facing label for this service type.
The display name is the label customers see for this service type throughout the ordering experience — at checkout, on the menu, and in order confirmations.
Custom Names
You can rename any service type to match your brand. For example:
- Rename Pickup to "Grab & Go"
- Rename Dine-in to "Eat Here"
- Rename Delivery to "Express Delivery"
Where It Appears
The display name is shown anywhere the service type is referenced in the customer-facing ordering flow, including the service type selector, checkout summary, and order confirmation emails.
Changing the display name only affects what customers see. Internally, the service type is still identified by its original name.
