Order Details
View and manage individual orders with status updates and refunds.
The Order Details page shows everything about a specific order and lets you take actions like confirming, completing, cancelling, or refunding it.
Order Information
The top of the page displays:
- Order number and creation timestamp
- Status badge showing the current state (New, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled)
- Service type — Pickup, Delivery, Dine-in, or Curbside
- Location where the order was placed
- Payment method used
- Timing — Scheduled time or ASAP
Items
A detailed list of every item in the order, including quantities, special instructions, modifier selections, and individual prices. Refunded items are highlighted.
Customer Details
The right column shows customer information including name, email, phone number, delivery address (for delivery orders), and any special instructions.
Order Summary
A financial breakdown at the bottom shows subtotal, fees, tax, discounts, tips, and the final total. If a payout has been processed, the payout amount is also displayed.
Actions
Depending on the order's current status, you can:
- Confirm — Accept a new order and optionally set a promise time
- Complete — Mark a confirmed order as ready or fulfilled
- Cancel — Cancel the order (triggers a refund for non-cash payments)
- Refund — Issue a partial or full refund on completed orders
When confirming an order, you can set a promise time to let the customer know when their order will be ready.
