Reward Value
Configure the reward type, points cost, and discount or item value.
The Reward value section defines what members receive and how many points it costs.
Reward Type
Choose what the member gets when they redeem this reward:
- $ Off — A fixed dollar discount on the order (e.g., $5 off)
- % Off — A percentage discount on the order (e.g., 15% off)
- Free Delivery — The delivery fee is waived
- Free Item — A specific menu item at no charge (only for menu-based rewards)
Points Cost
The number of points a member must spend to redeem this reward. Set this based on the perceived value of the reward and your base points-per-dollar rate.
Discount Amount / Percentage
For fixed discounts, enter the dollar amount. For percentage discounts, enter the percentage (1–100).
Menu Item
For free item rewards, optionally select a specific menu item from the location's menu. Leave empty for a general free item reward.
The points cost is the only "price" members see. Choose a cost that balances perceived value with your margins.
