Rewards

Create and manage rewards that loyalty members can redeem with their points.

The rewards catalog defines what members can spend their points on. Each reward has a point cost, optional usage limits, and can be restricted to specific tiers or locations.

Reward Types

  • Multi-location reward — Percentage discount, fixed discount, or free delivery that can apply across multiple locations
  • Free item reward — A specific menu item at a single location that members receive for free

Creating a Reward

  1. Go to Loyalty → Rewards
  2. Click Create reward
  3. Choose the reward type (Multi-location or Free item)
  4. Enter a name and set the points cost
  5. Configure the reward value (discount amount, delivery fee waiver, or menu item)
  6. Optionally restrict by tier, set usage limits, or add an expiration date
  7. Click Create Reward

New rewards are created with an Active status and appear in the rewards catalog immediately.

Editing a Reward

  1. Go to Loyalty → Rewards
  2. Click the reward you want to manage
  3. Update the settings as needed
  4. Click Save Changes

Reward Settings

  • Points Cost — How many points a member needs to redeem this reward
  • Minimum Tier — Restrict the reward to members at or above a certain tier
  • Max Redemptions — Limit the total number of times this reward can be redeemed
  • Max Per Member — Limit how many times a single member can redeem this reward
  • Expiration — Set an optional date after which the reward is no longer available

Reward Statuses

  • Active — The reward is available for redemption
  • Disabled — The reward exists but cannot be redeemed
  • Expired — The reward's expiration date has passed

Searching and Filtering

The rewards list supports:

  • Search — Find rewards by name
  • Status tabs — View all, active, disabled, or expired rewards
  • Type filter — Narrow by discount, free delivery, or free item
  • Tier filter — Show rewards available to a specific tier
Redemption counts update automatically as members redeem rewards.
