Minimum Tier
Restrict a reward to members at or above a specific loyalty tier.
The Minimum tier section lets you gate rewards behind tier membership, giving higher-tier members access to exclusive perks.
No Tier Restriction
When set to "No tier restriction", any enrolled member can redeem the reward regardless of their tier. This is the default.
Specific Tier
When set to "Specific tier", only members at the selected tier or higher can redeem the reward. For example, if you set the minimum tier to Gold, both Gold and Platinum members can redeem it, but Bronze and Silver members cannot.
Use tier restrictions strategically to create aspirational rewards that motivate members to reach higher tiers.
