Reward Expiration
Set an optional expiration date for the reward.
The Expiration section controls when a reward stops being available for redemption.
Setting an Expiration Date
Enable the expiration toggle and select a date. After this date, the reward's status automatically changes to Expired and members can no longer redeem it.
No Expiration
Leave the toggle off to keep the reward available indefinitely. You can always manually disable a reward by changing its status to Disabled.
Expired rewards remain visible in the catalog for record-keeping but cannot be redeemed.
