Filters and Comparisons

Use time periods, comparisons, and filters to focus your report data.

Every report page shares a set of controls that let you choose what time range to analyze and how to slice the data.

Time Period

Select a preset or custom date range for your report:

Today — Current day
Yesterday — Previous day
Last 7 days — Rolling seven-day window
Last 30 days — Rolling thirty-day window
This Month — Current calendar month
Last Month — Previous calendar month
This Year — Current calendar year
Custom — Pick a specific start and end date using the date picker

Period Comparison

Compare your selected period against a previous time range:

Previous Period — The same-length window immediately before your selected period
Previous Year — The same dates one year earlier
None — Disables comparison

When comparison is enabled, previous values and trend badges appear throughout the report.

Location Filter

Filter reports to a single location or view all locations combined. This is useful for isolating individual store performance.

Service Type Filter

Filter by service channel (dine-in, pickup, delivery, etc.) to see how a specific channel contributes to your metrics.

The service type filter is not available on the Service Types report page, since that page already breaks down all service types.

Payment Method Filter

Filter by payment method to focus on orders paid with a specific method.

The payment method filter is not available on the Payment Methods report page, since that page already breaks down all payment methods.

Charts with trend data offer granularity tabs: Hour, Day, Week, or Month. Available options depend on the selected time period — for example, Hour only appears for single-day periods.

Filters apply to all sections on the page at once. Changing a filter refreshes all charts, totals, and tables automatically.
