User Details

Set up the user's name, email, role, and account status.

The Details section covers the basic information for a team member — their identity, how they log in, and their role in the organization.

Name

The user's first and last name. This is displayed throughout the dashboard and in activity logs. Names can only be edited for new invitations and pending invites — once a user has accepted their invite, they manage their own name through their profile.

Email

The email address used to log in and receive notifications. This is set when the invitation is created and cannot be changed afterward.

Role

Roles determine the default set of permissions for a user. There are three roles:

  • Owner — Full access to everything. Owners cannot have their permissions customized.
  • Manager — Broad access with the ability to manage day-to-day operations.
  • Staff — Limited access focused on order management and basic tasks.

Changing a user's role resets their permissions to that role's defaults. You can then fine-tune individual permissions in the Permissions section.

Status

Controls whether the user can access the dashboard:

  • Active — The user can log in and use the dashboard normally.
  • Disabled — The user's account is deactivated. They cannot log in but their data is preserved.
Status is only available for existing users. New invitations and pending invites don't have a status toggle.
