Member Details

View and manage an individual loyalty program member.

The Member Details page shows a loyalty member's profile, points balance, and full transaction history.

Member Profile

The header displays the member's name, current tier badge, and enrollment date. If the member is suspended, a status badge indicates this.

Points Summary

Three stats summarize the member's loyalty activity:

  • Current Balance — Points available for redemption
  • Lifetime Earned — Total points earned since enrollment
  • Lifetime Redeemed — Total points spent on rewards

Points History

A transaction log shows every point change including earnings, redemptions, adjustments, and expirations. Filter by transaction type to focus on specific activity.

Adjusting Points

Manually add or remove points from a member's balance with a reason note. Use this for corrections, customer service gestures, or manual reward fulfillment.

Suspend / Reactivate

Suspend a member to temporarily freeze their account, preventing point earning and redemption. Reactivate to restore full access.

Point adjustments and status changes are logged in the transaction history for a full audit trail.
