Members
View and manage loyalty program members, their tiers, and point balances.
The members page shows all guests who have enrolled in your loyalty program. You can view their tier status, point balance, transaction history, and manage their membership.
Member Information
Each member profile displays:
- Tier — The member's current tier based on their qualifying activity
- Points Balance — Current available points for redemption
- Lifetime Points — Total points earned since enrollment
- Enrollment Date — When the guest joined the program
- Status — Whether the membership is active or suspended
Managing a Member
- Go to Loyalty → Members
- Click the member you want to view
- From the member profile, you can:
- View their complete transaction history
- Adjust their point balance (add or deduct points)
- Suspend or reactivate their membership
Adjusting Points
You can manually add or deduct points from a member's balance. This is useful for handling customer service situations, correcting errors, or awarding bonus points outside of automated rules.
- Open the member's profile
- Click Adjust Points
- Choose to add or deduct points
- Enter the amount and an optional reason
- Confirm the adjustment
Member Statuses
- Active — The member can earn and redeem points normally
- Suspended — The member's account is frozen; they cannot earn or redeem points
Searching and Filtering
The members list supports:
- Search — Find members by name or email
- Status tabs — View all members or only suspended members
- Tier filter — Show members in a specific tier
Members are automatically assigned to tiers based on their qualifying spend or order count. Tier upgrades happen in real time.
