Transaction History

The Transaction history section shows every change made to the gift card balance.

Transaction Types

You may see transactions such as:

• Issue — The original value added when the card was created
• Redeem — Balance spent against an order or manual redemption
• Adjust — A manual balance correction made by your team

Each entry includes the amount, resulting balance, location, team member, and timestamp.

Record Redemption

Use Record redemption to manually subtract value from an active gift card. You must enter:

• The redemption amount
• The location where it was used
• An optional note, such as an order reference

Adjust Balance

Use Adjust balance when you need to correct the remaining balance. This sets a new balance directly, so include a clear reason for the change.
