Tier Thresholds
Define spending milestones and point multipliers for each loyalty tier.
The Tier Thresholds section lets you define the membership levels in your program. Each program requires at least two tiers and supports up to ten.
Tier Settings
For each tier you can configure:
- Name — The tier's display name (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum)
- Image — An optional image or badge representing the tier
- Multiplier — The point earning multiplier (e.g., 1.5x means members earn 50% more points than the base rate)
- Minimum Spend — The total spend required to reach this tier
- Minimum Orders — The total order count required to reach this tier
- Condition Operator — Whether members need to meet the spend condition OR the orders condition (either one qualifies) or both conditions AND (both must be met)
Base Tier
The first tier is the default tier that all new members start in. It cannot be deleted and does not have spend or order requirements.
Managing Tiers
- Click the pencil icon to edit a tier's settings
- Click the trash icon to delete a tier (minimum two tiers required)
- Click Add Tier to create a new tier level
Changes to tier requirements apply going forward. Existing members keep their current tier until the next evaluation.
