Scope

The Scope section controls what the menu discount targets within the selected location's menu.

Scope Modes

• Category — The discount applies to all items within the selected categories
• Item — The discount applies only to the specific items you select

Selecting Categories or Items

1. Choose the scope mode (Category or Item)
2. Use the menu filter to switch between menus if the location has more than one
3. Browse or search the available list on the left
4. Click an item to add it to the selected list on the right
5. Remove selections by clicking the remove button

When to Use Each Scope

• Use Category when you want to discount an entire section of your menu, such as all appetizers or all drinks
• Use Item when the promotion targets specific dishes, such as a featured seasonal item
